Infrared Sauna

Our Infrared Sauna is located in a private room with complimentary tea, water, towels and relaxation space.  Upon arrival you'll be escorted to the locker room to change into a robe.  The locker rooms are equipped with showers and stocked with robes, towels and slippers.  The perfect addition to a Spa Day or date night!

Our infrared sauna does not include red light therapy or chromotherapy.  The temperature of the infrared sauna is 120-140 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing for a gradual deep sweat.  If you're looking for a hotter, faster sweat consider our outdoor dry/steam sauna.
